Fenugreek Capsules: (foenum-graecum is Latin for Greek hay") The leaves and the seeds are used for herbs and spices. It is usually grown in Morocco, China, Spain, Egypt, France,Turkey.
The seeds also known as Maithray,is used primarily in pickles,  powders and curry pastes. The leaves are eaten as greens.
In India, yogurt is mixed with the seeds as a hair conditioner. It is also used in the making of their bread and in clarified butter.  In Ethiopia the seeds are used as a natural medicine for diabetes.

Egypt uses the seeds in a tea after it is sweetened.  In Islam, it is used in a treat during the Holidays.This cake is covered in sugar and then sprinkled with the seeds.

The culinary use is vast throughout the world, but for the medicinal uses:
In Lactating women, the seeds are used to increase their milk supply.
China uses the seeds to "tonify" the kidneys, reduces the symptoms of colds and help to reduce pain.
Used as a supplement, the seeds are shown to reduce cholesterol serum, trglyceride and lipoprotein in humans suffering from Hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia.
Ruduces serum glucose in type 1-2 diabetes.
