CoQ10-Supplement: This supplement is required for our ability to convert sugars and fats into energy for our bodies.

We do produce this, however it starts to deminish as we age. Mitochondria is where this all transpires,   to have the ability to convert sugar and fat to the chemical energy we depend on for our everyday strength. These are distributed throughout our body with the most concentration in the heart.

Without the sufficient replenishing, our bodies go into a state of disfunction/declining, we know as aging.

It is responsible for the circulation and powering up the immune system.
 
Besides aging, (as this supplement deminishes in our systems), studies have linked the decline of CoQ-10, to periodontal issues, diabetes and musclular dystrophy.  CHF (congestive heart failure) can be helped and improved symptoms, as well as high blood pressure.

Adverse Side Effects:  Caution should be used when mixing with prescribed medication such as any "blood thinners".

There can be interaction when mixing with some statins for lowering cholesterol  levels.  Check with your physician before starting any course of CoQ-10.
