CLA-Tonalin: (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) This product is made through a lengthy process, using safflowers (sunflowers) and converting it's linoleic acid into a conjugated linoleic acid. ( A fatty acid).
It also is naturally produced in our bodies from red meat, lamb, turkey and milk). With the omition of red meat from our diets and the lactose side effects that some of us suffer from, we are losing the effect of CLA but now can substitute with this supplement made mostly from Safflower oil.
