Black-Cohosh extract

Black-Cohosh extract: It is a large, flowering bush like plant that grows in shaded forests of Eastern North America and Europe.  The attached roots are used as well as the white flowers it produces.  It is more commonly known as Snakeroot or rattleweed.  It is from the buttercup family.

With the "too real" scare of cancer related hormone replacement therapy,( used for the "change of life" for women), one might look to the benefits of the extract of this herb.
