Arginine-L-supplement: Arginine-L- amino acid was first set apart as a critical component in removing amonia from the body through urea, (urine) over a century ago. Because of this discovery, creatine was then manufactured in early nineteen hundreds.

Arginine (L arginine) is a  component of protein that is necessary for the bio function of the human/animal body. Arginine is a leader to the production of Nitric oxie (NO), which sends mesages to the  molecules within your body.

Arginine is an amino acid, that can be manufactured by the human body for most of the time, and usually does not need to be acquired  through the diet, but for those instances for those who have poor health or circumstances that create mal-nutrition  may be advised to increase their intake of foods containing arginine.

Arginine is obtained in a variety of foods and plays a critical part in  the bodys' cell division and in the rapid healing of wounds It has the function of eliminating ammonia from the body and the release of hormones.

When Arginine is taken with yohimbine, it is used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, (ED).

wheat germ and flour, buckwheat, granola, oatmeal, nuts (coconut, pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pinenuts, peanuts), seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), chick peas, cooked soybeans

Adverse Side Effects:
Short term use none noted to date. However, long term use, especially high dosages, are not fully researched. A possible long term side effect of high dose L Arginine could produce symptoms of nausea and digestive disturbances.
